Bill Dwyer – Chairman
Bill is a commercial lawyer who for many years was the managing partner of a national law firm and currently works as a lawyer for a Christchurch legal company. Bill is also on the board of the Lyttelton Port Company. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a director and is the Chairman of DCL’s board.
Dr Jane Gregg
Jane is the Executive Director of Life in Vacant Spaces (LiVS) which exists to activate vacant sites and buildings around Christchurch. Jane is a trustee of the Christchurch Arts Festival and has built strong community connections.
Peter has a background in investment banking at an international level. He is a consultant and member of the Financial Advisors Disciplinary Committee of the Financial Markets Authority.
Fiona Mules commenced her career as an investment banker specialising in transactions and valuations. After over a decade in the private sector, Fiona was brought in by the New Zealand Treasury to help establish a Public-Private-Partnership programme in New Zealand. She was responsible for building and leading a centre of PPP expertise within the Treasury; developing the strategic and policy frameworks for implementing PPPs in New Zealand and leading the structuring, negotiation and execution of the catalyst PPP transactions.
Since leaving the Treasury, Fiona has pursued a governance career, which includes government board appointments and continues to remain involved in large scale infrastructure financing and procurement in a consulting role.
Darren Wright MNZM
Darren has broad governance experience in a variety of community-oriented initiatives and has been a member and chair of various ministerial earthquake recovery forums. Most recently Darren was a member of the Jenny Shipley led Advisory Board for Transition to Long Term Recovery.
Darren has investment and property development experience in the suburbs and understands the challenges of commercial redevelopment.
