Christchurch is on track to build New Zealand’s newest city for the 21st century and beyond.  The city has an extraordinary and unique opportunity to reshape itself following the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence with a focus on the future.

A multi-million dollar urban regeneration project is underway in the seaside suburb of New Brighton, including a brand new beachside playground and Christchurch’s first hot pools experience.

Christchurch Adventure Park in the nearby Port Hills offers the largest mountain bike recreational park in the Southern Hemisphere and caters for all ages and abilities complete with the longest chairlift in New Zealand, zip line tours and magnificent views over Christchurch and Banks Peninsula.
